Selling on DEALS

Can I sell my own products and/or services on DEALS?


Yes! To register yourself as a seller follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the contact page
  2. Fill the Suppliers' form under OUR PARTNERS section
  3. Submit the form and wait for someone from our side to cintact you within few business days.




Can I sell a one-time sale on DEALS ?


Yes! To register yourself as a seller follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the contact page
  2. Fill the Suppliers' form under OUR PARTNERS section
  3. Submit the form and wait for someone from our side to cintact you within few business days.
These same steps are followed by any regular seller and one-time seller.




Can I become a regular seller on DEALS?


Yes! To register yourself as a seller follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the contact page
  2. Fill the Suppliers' form under OUR PARTNERS section
  3. Submit the form and wait for someone from our side to cintact you within few business days.
These same steps are followed by any regular seller and one-time seller.




Can I sell used items on DEALS?


Yes! But you will have to mention it while filling the Suppliers' form under OUR PARTNERS section





Returns & Refunds

I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?


In case the item you received is damaged or faulty, you could return the item to the in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact within 30 days from the date of receiving it. Once we receive the returned item, it will be returned to the original seller to inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred within a week as of the we receive the sellers technical report.




I received a wrong item, how can I return it?


In the unlikely case where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. We will process your order order immediately to deliver the correct item. If delivering the correct item is impossible we will process the refund along with free 14 day returns.




Are there cases where returns are not possible?


Unfortunately, there are a particular cases where we cannot support returns:

  1. Return requests made after the allowed 14 days from delivery.
  2. Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as received by the customer.
  3. Faulty and defective products which should be returned to the original supplier within 30 days or during the warranty period of the manufacturer/supplier.
  4. All consumables that has been used or installed.
  5. Products with changed, modified or missing serial numbers.
  6. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
  7. All fragile items and hygiene related items.
  8. The item is on the Non-Refundable list.
  9. Clearance Items clearly marked as non-returnable and displaying a No-Refund Policy.




What are the Non-Refundable items?


  1. Clearance items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Refund Policy
  2. When the offer notes states clearly that the particular item cannot be returned.
  3. Items falling into the below product categories-
Software
Music albums
Books
Beauty & Fragrances
Hosiery & anything that may be worn directly on the skin Items that are custom made for the customer Items that are non-refundable by law
